Management of processes related to the adverse event reporting system:
Establishing the adverse event reporting system in the center,
Providing training to all employees about the reporting system,
Evaluating reports submitted to the system with senior management,
Collecting feedback regarding the system.
Takes part in activities related to risk management.
Participates in activities carried out by the Occupational Health and Safety Specialist within the scope of a healthy working life and in risk analysis studies within the scope of SKS.
Manages activities related to measuring employee feedback surveys, such as survey applications, evaluation of survey results, and improvement activities based on survey results.
Ensures document management within the framework of SKS.
Participates as a member in committees determined within the framework of SKS.
Provides training on “quality management, documentation, and patient safety” during general orientation training.
