Investigation of the Causes of Infertility

Before deciding on IVF treatment, it is of great importance to evaluate in detail the factors that may affect pregnancy formation. At İRENBE, infertility evaluation is carried out with a holistic approach that addresses female and male factors together.

In women, ovarian reserve, ovulation pattern, hormone profile, intrauterine structure, the condition of the tubes, and gynecological diseases are evaluated. In men, sperm analysis is primarily performed, and advanced evaluations are planned when necessary.

During this process, in patients considered necessary;

Every couple’s treatment process is different. For some couples, ovulation monitoring or intrauterine insemination treatment may be suitable, while in some cases direct IVF or microinjection treatment may be required. In couples with previous unsuccessful IVF attempts, the process should be re-evaluated in more detail.
